Australia post regular shipping has a time frame of 5-10 days, Express orders take 1-2 days to arrive once dispatched.
We only ship during business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-4pm)
International standard shipping times are estimated between 7-25 days depending on your location. The usual timeframe is between 10-14 days.
Shipping within Australia is free for orders over $15. If under $15 a flat rate of $8 will be applied.
Express orders are an additional $10
World wide shipping is available with Free shipping over $200, orders under $200 have a flat rate of $30 with the exception of New Zealand with a Flat rate of $15.
RETURNS: To be eligible for a return or exchange please contact us immediately your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Unfortunately we don't return baby beanies, head bands and bibs for health reasons.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase and customer must cover shipping cost to send item back unless we specify otherwise.
We will happily replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item we will do our best but we cannot guarantee stock availability. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and any additional shipping costs in sending out your replacement. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
